My second Wow in 30 days. How do you go wrong visiting a Panera? By visiting this one. We walked in at 9 am on a Wednesday and were shocked to see it empty of customers. I have never seen a Panera empty during the morning rush. It took less than a minute to understand why. No greeting, a thoroughly annoyed disposition at the register. When we paused for a few seconds she walked away and started doing other things. Zero eye contact and not even the hint of a thank you when our order was complete. There was not a smiling face to be seen among the crew. My wife ordered her breakfast sandwich without egg. It was confirmed 3 times at the register, it was announced to the prep area and still arrived with egg. I hate bad, careless, disinterested and mean spirited service and this location hit all points. My wife's remake...still incorrect. Good Lord. Too many other dining options but clearly this location is paying the price. No one came in in the 30 minutes we were here. No surprise there.
I went through the drive through today. It is so expensive! For ONE kids meal, a HALF salad, drinks and a cookie it was more than $20! The kids meals do not come with a drink so that costs extra. (The kids meals are $5 each without a drink.) I have my kids split a kids meal as it is too expensive to order them each one. I also ordered an extra yogurt and they didn't even give it to me. I didn't notice until I had driven away. I also didn't get a fork for my half salad. All of this is just frustrating when the prices are so high. We won't be going back.

The food is no different than any other Panera, which is great. The reason this Panera is a 5 stars is because they deliver the food to your table. No loud name calling over the speakers. You get a number and they bring it to you. The Panera's near me need to jump on the bandwagon and do this.

Had the Mediterranean chicken flatbread and strawberry poppyseed salad. As always they are hitting it out of the park. Excellent food and service.

Apparently this is a fairly new location - they still need additional training in customer service & communication. My breakfast sandwich was confirmed (but I believe entered into register wrong - even though it was confirmed 2x) but was still incorrect when I received it. The remake was even incorrect. Staff was to busy flirting, joking & talking amongst themselves to even pay attn. Couple that came in after even had to remind staff to give him his breakfast sandwich, after waiting 10 minutes. Too bad Panera is usually always good...

Panera is just your average chain type soup salad place, but this location has fantastic service and us super clean. The best Panera I have been too.

Poor! . Saturday 8:45 am we spent 10 minutes in line behind only 3 people. Seriously understaffed. Sold out of items I'd wanted. I got a souffle & a Danish, both of which were very dark with a slight burnt taste. I ordered dark coffee, was handed a cup, and directed to the serve yourself station... little surprise the dispenser was empty. After asking for more coffee, I ate my breakfast and waited (another 10 min), while the remainder of the line was helped before the clerk went back to bring out more coffee. The coffee wasn't bad if you don't mind waiting 20 minutes for it. The food had great potential, but at approximate $4.00 per pastry they just weren't good enough to overcome the burnt flavor a coffee-less breakfast. I had previously only been to a Panera in OKC, but with much better results. I won't be back to this one. We're a small city but there are other choices.

Excellent in all aspects! I have been a regular customer here since shortly after they opened and I have seen this business only improve with experience and familiarity with the community. Their food is always fresh; the menu changes slightly from season to season; service is very friendly and quick. I especially like that they donate to local charities any left over bread at the end of each business day, so each morning you get super fresh bagels, loaves, and sweet breads. I'm also a big fan of their great coffee (with free refills!) and their free Wifi service. In fact, Panera has become a gathering place for small community groups and local business people to meet up. Panera is by far my favorite coffee shop in the River Valley.

Great place for breakfast or lunch (or any time). If you like to enjoy your coffee in a nice and not too noisy place. Their Soufflé are great for breakfast! Also good sandwiches and salads, Asian Sesame Chicken is my favorite...They also have patio available. Oh! And great bagels!
